  1. Chi-squared test with simulation compared the number of major nonconformities pre-post accreditation, and gave significant p-values when pre-accreditation year (2013) was paired with post-accreditation years 2017 and 2018, respectively. A non-significant p-value was obtained for the major NCs post-accreditation year comparison (2017–2018)
  2. *p is significant < 0.05, *Bonferroni corrected significance level for alpha = 0.5 is 0.05/3 = 0.0167
