Pregnant women and post-natal mothers.

C-Concept

Free maternal healthcare services: refers to any health financing policy that allows women the entitlement to receive maternal services during pregnancy, delivery, and post-natal period from health facilities at no cost to the mother or her family [4, 5].

C-Context

Quality of care: an assessment through which the client makes a comparison to the prior expectations to her perception about the quality of service rendered to him or her [19]. For example; availability and supply of essential drugs for free, good provider-client relationship, short waiting times and patients’ satisfaction.
