Type of bullying

Description

Type I, criminal intent

occurs where the perpetrator has no legitimate relationship to the business or its employees

Type II

occurs where the perpetrator, a customer, client, or patient, becomes violent while receiving a service through the workplace

Type III

involves employee-to-employee incidents where the perpetrator is a current or previous employee

Type IV

occurs when the perpetrator has a personal relationship with the employee but does not have an association with the workplace
