  1. Variables that did not significantly contribute to the regression model: Patient's age and gender, type of health insurance, level of education, diagnosis (1 = right, 0 = wrong), and opinion on the questions asked by the doctor's assistant.
  2. a Scale score ranges from 0 to 100, where 0 represents very dissatisfied and 100 represents highly satisfied.
  3. b Scale ranges from 0 to 100: 0 represents not urgent and 100 represents very urgent according to the patient.
  4. * Indicates whether the patient received the type of contact (telephone advice, consultation at the cooperative, or home visit) he or she expected (1 = in accordance with expectation, 0 = not in accordance with expectation)
